Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and unused. If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital products, custom or personalized items, or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

• Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your return.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
